I'm good here. Super super sore, but good. I did Tasha's new 66 minute lower body routine yesterday, and oy vey, am I feelin it. In my legs and back muscles. It's a great workout; but it's tough! I loved that it was all low impact too. Highly recommend giving it a try--66 minutes seems like a long time, but I can tell you that it flies right by!
So since we're on the subject: what do your workouts look like for today, Blenderz?
I want to do some upper body work that doesn't use my sore back muscles. Sounds crazy, but I think I'll try the old FB biceps and triceps superset workout. It should be ok since it leaves the back muscles out of most movements (with them only assisting, of course). And pair that with a short core routine.
As for food today?
I dunno. That's gonna be a surprise. It's up to hubby, so we'll see how that plays out!
Finally: a pic! A male Evening Grosbeak. I've been having a few of these grosbeaks visiting my feeders lately and I love it. They're gorgeous birds.
