First think, I wanted to thank Raven for the two weeks of hosting and hanging out with us! Have a nice break from us Raven💛
Yesterday, I came from work and I had to immediately get ready to go to an engagement party(Not a fan of parties these "days" but it was planned). Anyway, I missed my workout and the check in. It was a breather and the whether and that outdoor place was gorgeous!
How about you guys? What's going on in your life? How's the weather where you live? Any plans for this weekend that you're looking forward or dreading? I love to hear about them all.
I also love to read your fitness and food plans. Are you guys working out today? Is it FB related videos? I'll be doing what I missed yesterday (Pilates core I think) and some of what I have for today (a pilate LB from Amanda and a low impact from Tasha).
How about some meals in your day? What's your favorite meal of the day and why? Mine is breakfast because my dad loved it and made the best breakfast table ever. He was a morning person and his mood added to the breakfast time as well❤
