Hello Blenderz and welcome to the halfway point of the week!
So how's it going? Workouts? Food? Life? ..I'm going to try out Daniel's latest and get some kickboxing and kettlebell into my day. Should be fun! ..Have fun with whatever movement you are doing on and off the mat!
And is there anything exciting on the food front, Blendiez? Nothing planned for myself so I guess I better get to thinking about it!
Picture for our wild Wednesday is of some winged sumac. This is the time of year their leaves change from green to scarlet red. And when the morning sun hits the dewy leaves just right, it's so pretty.
