Hello friends, how are things looking for you on this manic Monday? Manic is the keyword for me this morning so let's get right to it shall we?
Workouts? Rest? Food? Festivities? What's your day and even week ahead looking like? I did a couple of FB workouts this weekend and I'm happy about that. I'll be even happier if I manage to finish my yoga challenge this week 🙄. It's been slow going.
Meme? Well, cats, but also group fitness. Have any of you tried group fitness classes? I know our pal Christine (hi Zumba queen if you're out there 👋) has done her share. If you have tried it, what are your feelings about the experience? If not, is there a particular type of class you would be interested in doing? I'd like to try reformer Pilates but there aren't many options near me and it's rather $$$.
