This highly-requested and unique workout challenge was designed for those of you who only want three (required) workout days per week. This challenge is a great option for busy people or people who like to supplement home workouts with other types of fitness (hiking, swimming, etc.). In short: it's intended to help support a well-rounded fitness routine that suits your desired schedule, interests, and pace!
The format varies week to week. Week 1 includes three intense total body workouts and Week 2 includes three intense workouts split up by body focus — lower body strength, upper body strength, and core/HIIT. Optional mobility routines and recovery workouts have been scheduled in between your more intense workout sessions, in case you have the time or desire to visit your workout mat more than the required three days per week.
Kelli designed this Challenge based on your request for programming with fewer workouts per week. Once you've completed the challenge, we'd love to know which week/format you prefer, in case we decide to build future programs of longer duration along this same theme.
