Working out after covid

Hi everyone! Unfortunately I contracted covid last week during a trip abroad, and haven’t been able to work out as I recover. It’s been such a bummer too, since over the past month I’ve been getting back into consistent workouts and feeling super strong. I’ve hit a setback and am a bit nervous about getting back into it once I’m well again.

Any tips from those who have recovered from covid? particularly for increasing your cardiovascular endurance again? I feel a little out of breath sometimes walking up my stairs, so I’m a bit concerned to jump back into cardio after this. Especially since I struggle with panic disorder, even just having covid has made me very anxious about being able to breathe.
