I have a homeschooled son who is not into sports. It is hard to find a general fitness program for pre/teens, since it is sort of implied that they do sports/martial arts, etc. Would it be possible to compile a youth-friendly program, or better yet, have an inspiring teen instructor for youth? Just a thought... kinda like a prenatal program, tailored for specific audience... I mean, I understand there are beginner-friendly, but it's not the same dynamic, if you understand what I mean...
What do your kids for for being fit? I mean those that are not athletes...
