My Workout & My Day

Good morning everyone it's the start of another week and how was everyone's weekend, because my was lots of fun with celebrating two birthday's Allen's and our sweet dog Gabriel. So from here on out it's going to be an extra busy week for me because I have one thing after another this week and I can't wait to tell my friend Ashton about the first day on the job for me on Tuesday night. So I got lots of things on my to-do list for me and what about for you ladies, do you have lots of things to do around the house for this week or is it going to be one of those weeks where you don't really know.

We all have some weeks like those when we don't really know of what we are going to be doing around the house all week, but in the end we figure out of what we are going to be doing for that week or for that certain day of the week. Moving on to workouts what workouts do all of you have planned on the calendar for today, because I had a complete upper body workout with Kellie and yesterday I had a build a booty workout with Kellie as well and my lower body is feeling it today. I know that after today my arms are going to be feeling it by the end of the day after the workout that I had for today and with how much weight I lifted on all the exercises.
