I really love the pilates workouts. If I could get away with it that's all I would do!
My goal is to improve my core strength. I notice that when I do the bear exercise I shake like crazy. Even if I just hold it like I did during one of Amanda's videos I still shake like a leaf. Is that normal when you first start? Especially if your core is weak?
