So about 1.5 weeks ago I (finally!) finished Low Impact 2 for the second time. I'm proud of myself since it took me a long time as I was struggling for a while to get back into regular workouts.
But anyway, now my problem is that my knees are sore. Especially the left one. I'm not exactly sure what I did for this to happen, and even if it's not too bad I've been kind of scared to work out like normal because I don't want to make anything worse. I don't want to get out of my habit of working out again either, though, so I would appreciate some help on what I can be doing until my knees are back to normal again. So far I've been sticking to stretching only, but I would love to know what would be considered okay for sore knees. Am I good as long as it's low impact? Or should I rest my knees completely? Would an upper body workout with weights be okay or would lifting weights still put unnecessary pressure on my knees in some way?
