I'm so excited to share this update! I started the low impact program two weeks ago and I am already seeing a difference in terms of flexibility, clothes fitting better and overall stamina.
The best part is low impact doesn't mean low outcome. It's a significant burn!❤️🔥
Have lost weight and inches too. Three pounds down in two and a half weeks.
