Hi, I thought I would create a quick intro message as I have just joined FB today. I am in my late 30’s and currently almost 20 stone. Not great! I have recently given up smoking (12 weeks ago) which hasn’t helped (neither has the wine 😊).
So, I am currently on day 3 of the 5-day challenge for busy people (and loving it) and a low carb diet so fingers crossed the weight will start falling of me, and I will feel stronger and healthier.
I look forward to getting some hints, tips and inspiration from the community.
