New Just Your Body: 2-Week No Equipment Challenge

Hey, Blenders!

As we head into the holiday season, it’s understandable if your workouts fall a little lower on your list of priorities. But, remember that exercise is one of the best ways to manage stress, blood sugar levels, and sleep — all of which can be altered during the holidays! To help you out, we created our newest challenge: 

Just Your Body: 2-Week No Equipment Challenge

An average of 34 minutes per day is all you need to partake in our November challenge for FB Plus Members and FB Plus Pass holders. If you're already an FB Plus Member, you’ll find this new exclusive challenge available on your My Programs & Challenges page. If you are not a member, you can purchase a 14-Day FB Plus Pass on the FB Just Your Body page.

While all of the included workouts can be progressed using bands or weights, you can certainly earn your #WorkoutComplete using only bodyweight and gravity. The Challenge progresses from Level 3 difficulty in the first week to Level 4 or 5 in Week 2, with workouts that range from 25-45 minutes in length. We will put in six days of work with one rest day to look forward to at the end of each week. 

Now, you may be wondering how this program differs from the FB Bodyweight Challenge. Aside from featuring completely different workouts, we follow similar formatting (upper and lower body splits) with cardio, HIIT, and mobility/stretching focuses. Both programs have an average commitment of 34 minutes per day with rest days on Days 7 and 14. Your instructors for Just Your Body are Kayla, Tasha, Nicole, Kelli, and Daniel.

Like many of you, bodyweight workouts are my go-to when I’m rushed for time and short on patience. We’re hoping that this Challenge helps you reach your fitness goals whether you’re at home, work, or on the go!
