HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 17th π π²π
Hello Blendfriends! I hope this post finds you all as well as possible! It's been an eventful few days,with travel for a big event I helped organize. While that was a success, I've been feeling a bit over-socialized and over-stimulated. I'll enjoy returning to a week where hopefully things will be back to normal. Have a chat with that new colleague, catch up on the actual library work. It feels like a bit of a new startπ, which is why I chose the image above.
Other than that, it's Day 3 of the Pilates challenge for me, and two workouts on the calendar. But I've been having an achy neck and shoulders (if anyone has suggestions on how to soften up a bed, I'm listening; my mattress is firmer than I'd like). So I'm not sure PIlates teasers are the best thing for a sore neck... maybe I'll just do a bit of cardio, shake it all out. At least my food is sorted! I got groceries cooked a bit yesterday, so I'll have lentil soup for lunch, and probably fish for supper. Anything good cooking at your place? I'm always interested in good ideas for a meal. Thinking about making a big pot of couscousπ² later this week. Not sure why we call it couscous when the big pot of stuff is what goes on *top* of the couscous, but there you have it.
Well, time for me to head off to work. I do love working at a 15-minute walk from the house π, gives me a nice bit of movement in the morning π! I hope you'll all have a fabulous day. Feel free to pop in and tell us about it!
