What's happenin on the workout front, Blenderz?
So lately I've been just winging it with workouts. Instead of following an "Intuitive Eating" format for a dietary need; I've been doing "Intuitive Exercising" and finding what workout suits me each day. So far, it's going quite well. And today, I think I'll give Tasha's newest release a try.
Oh and have you guys tried new trainer Brian's workout?? What did you think?
I loved it! Couldn't believe it was such a sweaty routine in such a short amount of time! I thought it was a great workout introduction to FB, and really makes me want to see more from Brian! (Purely for the workouts, of course 😉)
And let's talk some refuel! What's on the menu for today, Blenderz?
I'm thinking it's gonna be a leftovers days for us. We have a bunch of leftover butternut squash risotto that I think I'll hit up later.

It's Fall afterall: so here's some Fall colors! We are just at or maybe slightly past peak Fall colors here. It sure is pretty; even if the corn is still up, and partially blocking the view.
