How are we doing this weekend? It is a super rainy day here today. but must admit, it was sunny and felt warm yesterday 🌞 so not complaining now.
Welcome to another Sunday edition of our HKS thread. A shout out to Storm. from whom we haven't heard in a while. Hope all is well with you and know that you are really missed here.
for today's quote, i chose this one (pic) which encourages us to accept ourselves, including all our lil imperfections. I have done this for various situations but not really for myself. but working on it. someday, hopefully 😏
Speaking of imperfections, it has been about 7-8 weeks with no regular workouts. I had to check my FB calendar but could not believe it. got in some walks etc, but it was some realization. I had left Fit3 after 2 weeks in the summer. So, I restarted Fit 3 yesterday. And oh boy, working out after so long, and hello muscle soreness! I felt so good after workout though 🙂
That's about it from me folks. I am done with teaching preparation for tomorrow, so might take it easy for rest of the day. How about you? What plans for today-workouts, chilling, reading etc.? Let us know. And as always, everyone is always welcome in these threads.
