Happy Sunday Ppals,

I mention the farmers market a lot so yesterday I took a few pictures. The market near me is also a social event. It is fun place to walk around look at all the fresh veggies, look at the crafts and people watch. It is also a good starting point for a nice walk around town and a nice way for me to start my day on a Saturday.

After the market I took a day off from Mass and did Marina's new workout geared toward doing a backbend. I am Ok if I will never do a backbend but I enjoyed her workout as she did many stretches to warm-up and strengthen shoulders, back and abs all the things I need to do after sitting a good deal of the time hunched over my computer.

How do you like to start your Saturday? Is there anything you do to help you relax. Most of my Saturdays start with a trip to the Farmer's Market or some other nearby place where I can go for a nice walk and then relax with a cup of coffee.

Yes I know I am hosting the Sunday Ppals thread but since I start it early Sunday morning or late Saturday night I find it easier to talk about what I did Saturday.

Have a great Sunday Ppals and Blenders! I look forward to hearing what you are all up to.
