HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 15th
Good Saturday morning! We have foggy conditions here at the moment. How is the weather where you are?
I am slowly making my way back from getting COVID. Every day I see some improvements and I am able to do more. Yesterday, I walked Loki, my first time outside in 6 days. I was stunned to see how much trees had changed and how many leaves were on the ground.
I was also able to resume working from home, though I feel tired and not as productive. I was able to do some laundry and light chores. Not ready yet for strenuous movement, but getting there. I’m following today’s quote and focusing on small daily victories.
Before catching the crud, I had signed up for a new challenge at work, where we have to complete 3 tasks from a list each week, for our well-being. This week, I was able to drink 8 glasses of water per day (as usual), practice mindfulness for 5 minutes and tidy up my work space. Small victories.
