Hey all! I decided to take measurements after 7 weeks of FB. I started out with FB30, then switched to Low Impact after an unrelated knee injury 3 and a half weeks ago. I severely had to modify the program, stretched a lot and skipped all lower body workouts, so my progress would've been different without the injury.
Nevertheless I got great results!
Reach - 5.25" to - 1"
Bust - 2"
Waist - 2.25"
Hips - 2,5"
