Daily Check-in: Thursday, October 13th

Hi FB Fam! How are you today?

It's a Friday Eve so that means we start looking forward to the weekend (if that's your thing) and also check out the (g)hosting schedule that is everyone's thing!

October 15th & 16th: Inge

October 22nd & 23rd: Lea

October 29th & 30th: Inge

November 5th & 6th: Shabnam

As always, the schedule can be modified, so please feel free to speak up if you want a certain date or want me or Kim to swap things around. Thanks again to all who have and will volunteer!

And now on to the normal check-iny things. How about the workouts, Blendfriendz? I'm definitely feeling the upper body muscles from yesterday's video. How about you, Anne? Today is another lower body day and some core work as an EC. Good luck to us! And good luck to everyone for whatever you are doing!

And how about all things nutrish and delish? Food is back to the unknown. But I gotta say, the vegan burrito recipe Coby shared was a delicious success! I really enjoyed it, so thanks again! And I just remembered while typing that I have canned tuna to use up so I think that's where the dinner direction is going.

And as for the photo for today, it is of some saw palmetto berries. They turn black when fully ripe. And while you can actually eat these, I don't know how one can get past the flavors of intense rotting cheese and gastric juices. I tasted one. Don't think I will be doing it again.
