What do you answer to people when they ask you how much do you weigh?
So I get asked this question a lot and it irritates me alot and I don't want to tell people how much I weigh. To these people scale number is what counts. I've been working out for 3 years now and I try not to get on the scale more than once a week. I feel like if I tell them how much I weigh, they'll judge me on my weight considering that I've been working out a long time. I know it's not just the fat that weighs, it's also muscles, bone density and also water weight that counts. I mostly measure with how my clothes fits me and how I look in the mirror. It really just annoys when people keep on asking me how much I weigh. So my question is how do you answer people when they ask you about you about you weight?
