HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 19th π
Hello Blendfriends, welcome to the start of a new week. It's a return-to-work Monday for me, after two weeks of vacation. I was nicely settled in to lazy days and house-related goals, but two weeks isn't long enough to completely lose my beat at work, so I'll be optimistic about getting back into the swing of things. I've even pre-made a few meals, to be ready for lunchtime, and have it easy this evening. Soup, quiche, sweet potato taquitos. No need to cook today π.
And now, a thought for the day (for the night?).

I'm sure I could find something to worry about if I tried. I'd rather find sleep! But, I decided I might as well take a moment to get my check-in posted, one less thing to think about in the morning π.
For me, today will be Day 19 of Benchmark. I'm feeling pretty good about this program: it's varied, it's challenging and yet still accessible. I've had no trouble staying motivated, and I'm honestly thankful for that. How are your workout endeavors going these days? Spellcheck keeps inciting me to use proper Canadian spelling... "endeavours". Among us, we've got a nice variety going. We have our yoga specialist, our HIIT enthusiast, yours truly hoping to get stronger πͺ... let us know what you're up to today!
