Hi all! I am still here, doing my FB workouts. I am currently doing FB mobility, close to finishing. After that I am starting the abs challenge. I'm also keeping up with my climbing and yoga. Today I projected on an overhang boulder. Lately I have been really loving the way my arms and shoulders look. Yay for promoting healthy body image @FB team! Hoping the abs program will help me with this problem, it is quite hard on the core.
