Dealing with workout interruptions?

Hi everyone,

I usually do half hour strength sessions that include warm up and cool down. For a while now I've been getting interrupted halfway through the session and had to take care of urgent things. This typically had me sitting still for 10-20 mins before I jumped back to my workout.

I was wondering if that is ok and if I still get the most out of my workout or if I need to do things differently.

How would you resume a strength session after such a "break"? I would be grateful for any ideas, thanks!
