I am back after a long hiatus... I have the FB30 program and tried to jump into it last week and well....I am having troubles with it.
I was wanting to see what programs would be best for someone who is probably now considered a beginner. I find the FB30 to be a little too much for my joints, and the fact that I have gained weight and am definitely way, way out of shape.
I was hoping for something that uses mostly body weight as for me I should probably focus on form first so I don't hurt myself.
What are your recommendations for a good beginner program? I have heard the FB Complete is good because it is customizable for beginner/intermediate/advanced workouts.
