Hello there!

I’m having an issue accessing workouts that I hope you can help me to resolve. FYI, I am an FB Plus member.

I can see the workouts on the workout page, can add them to my calendar and see them on my dashboard. However, when I click on the workout, the workout page comes up, but the video portion is missing which means I can’t play the workout, please see attached screenshot.
