Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends!

I chose the quote above today because despite being very consistent with eating well and moving more this month, the number on the scale is just not moving. So I am working hard on staying focused on the process, not the results. It’s the only thing keeping me sane at the moment 🤪

What will you be focusing on today? I will see if I’m able to do the full two sets of 30 heel raises today, from my PT program. Last night, I had ro stop at 15, because the outside of my left ankle was hurting too much. It feels like a setback, but I’m focusing on the fact that I’m able to complete the other PT exercises. I’ll also continue FB Fundamentals and maybe add another workout to my calendar.
