HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability Group June 20th

Hello beautiful Blenders,

It is 5.30am in the morning and I'm up already because I can't sleep. But that is not necessarily a bad thing. By now I started to use the time quite productively. I always wanted to learn to dance hence the quote. I know I'm really bad at it but it won't stop me trying. So when I'm up early I turn on YouTube and try to follow instructions for dance moves and steps 😅 I'm sure I look ridiculous but no one is watching and between 7 and 8am I already have around 2500 steps in. And because I really enjoy trying something new I started to see if I could find a class for adults where they teach gymnastics or acro dance. But that is a difficult one. We live a bit remote but it won't stop me continuing jumping around to YouTube videos😁

Anyway what are your plans for starting into a new week. Workouts, rest, food? Tell me I love to hear all about it. And remember everyone is always welcome to popp by and say hello.
