Hi! I’m new here, and getting ready to finish the Reboot program. I’m new to fitness programs, I’m coming back from a back injury, looking to feel strong confident and get stronger with some muscle tone, and this program was challenging but manageable. Should I do another round of Reboot or choose a different program like Fit30? TIA! 😃
