I looked and didn't see a total body challenge, maybe I missed it??? Sometimes getting 3 good total body workouts in is a push for some. The other two days would be optional recovery workouts. I know you weave a week of this into your programs and sometimes the challenges but I was thinking 2 weeks of this might be nice for those busy season in our lives????
