I've decided to take a break from curated FB programs to work toward hitting my one-rep max for a few moves (deadlift, bench press, and squat). I'm a Plus member and think the ability to create custom workouts/programs will be perfect for this.
Do any of you helpful peeps have any experience with or advice about figuring out and/or building toward hitting this goal?
