When I first took the photo on March 2021 I am very much amazed by my progress and the result I saw. I just continued my usual workouts and programs with FB and was aiming to gain more muscle. I thought not much would change cause my weight doesn't change much. (Gaining more muscle means gaining more weight)
March photo I was at around 47-48 kg,
May photo I was at 48-49 kg.
I don't really see any change when I'm looking at the mirror but when I took this latest photo I was really surprised there was change from my previous photo. My friends complimented my abs and I'm really happy I continued and never stopped my workouts. Still a long way to go but I am okay with slow progression. Getting there. :)
For everyone who feels there's no result after many days weeks of working out, don't stop. Rest but never stop. There will always be results and change. It takes time, it may be slow but eventually you'll see it. Photos don't lie. ;) Thank you so much fb!
