I’m currently about 6 months pregnant, and I’m looking for my next program! I wasn’t able to exercise much during my first trimester, so I started my second trimester with Reboot followed by FB Complete.
I would say my fitness level is intermediate, though I’ve lessened my workout intensity since coming back after the 1st trimester. I don’t want anything crazy intense, I’m just looking for something that’s challenging but not so intense that I have to modify every workout.
