Hi, I have an injured ankle that I am supposed to stay off of for two weeks, possibly longer, but I finally have time to exercise, and this was the summer I was going to really focus on fitting more exercise in. Can people recommend workouts from the program that I might be able to do? Like I remember doing a pilates workout that was all on my back, and I am wondering what else might be possible while I heal.
