Daily Check-in: Wednesday, June 1st

Howdy there, Blendiez!

How are you all today? We're officially into June now! Dunno if that's a good thing or not, but hopefully it'll be alright.

Got any big plans for starting the new month? Any goals you might be working towards?

That's a big negative for me. I'm only here to get through today.

But it does mean that it's basically summertime, and there'll be all kinds of fun plants and things growin. So I suppose that is something to look forward to.

Anywho, let's skip forward and talk workouts, shall we? Are you working out today, or are you restin, Blendfriendz?

It's a workout day for me! Total body with Kelli or HIIT with Daniel. Think I'm gonna opt for the Kelli workout. I could use a good weight lifting day.

And what about the food, Blendiez? What's on the menu for today?

I'm not really sure just yet. I'll figure that out later.

Finally, continuing our flower week: here's a Trillium! One of my favorite flowers. These guys have already bloomed and gone a couple weeks ago (since they're technically a spring ephemeral), but it's still nice to see them.

Well, I think that's about if for me today, Blenderz.
