I’m really enjoying doing Marina’s/Amanda’s short yoga/stretching/motor control sessions during my lunch breaks, before my longer workouts in the evening!
I have some joint/mobility issues so it’s really great being able to do short routines that don’t need a lengthy warm up or cool down but just flow from start to finish, then straight back to work.
I’d love to see a “shake up your day”/Marina’s “midday pause” programme which has shorter, gentle routines to get some light movement in and make you feel great!
If anyone wants to share what routines they use to break up the day please do!!
