New FREE Video: Upper Body Strength Supersets with Cardio Interval Burnouts

I'm excited to share a new FREE video with you today: Upper Body Strength Supersets with Cardio Interval Burnouts

This little gem comes in under 25 minutes and includes 6 different strength exercises with a sprinkle of cardio intervals. Perfect for busy days, or a great opportunity to add onto one of FB's shorter "add-on" workouts.

Our strength portion is pretty straightforward with supersets of push-pull exercises. This structure allows us to maximize the weight/reps for one muscle group, while the opposing muscle group rests. Each superset will have 2 exercises completed for 2 rounds of 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off.

Burnout rounds have been included to serve as a little "finisher" at the end of each superset. It will typically be a combination exercise that elevates the heart rate and further fatigues the upper body. The good news here? Each burnout will only be completed for 1 round of 60 seconds!

Overall, this is a scalable, well-rounded workout for the person who want to feel strong & energized in a minimal amount of time. I don't know about you, but I love fast & furious workouts like this with little downtime. It definitely feels like time well spent!
