Just tested positive yesterday and am locked in my room (I have a huge balcony and my husband is at home so could be worse 😁). I'm feeling good just a little headache.
I'm boosted and have been with fb for 6 years.
My question is: do you find being active before being diagnosed has helped you recover?
I'm on day 2 and yesterday had to do some stretching as my body was craving some movement. I feel like this is a big upside from being active these last years.
Do you feel like that also? What was your experience? (keep me company 😁)
