Today’s workout is a follow up to one of my most popular routines: Daily Stretches for Mobility and Better Movement. This time, we explore a deeper range of motion to wake our joints and prep us for the day ahead:
It’s quick but demanding of your full presence and effort. I created it to be a “roll out of bed and go” type of workout, either with or without the bedhead. You won’t need any equipment or a ton of space to get started.
I cherish my early mornings as I feel like that is one of the few times of the day that is truly mine. Stretching and moving is my second-favorite part of any morning routine (aside from making my iced espresso, of course), and I hope you enjoy this variation of my favorite moves. While I am not a morning person, these types of workouts suit me well and allow me to leave the house feeling productive and limber.
