Happy Sunday Ppals,

I went to a Strawberry Festival yesterday and I am having strawberries with my cereal this morning. I also like the positive saying on the picture,

The festival was at a local school and was their 17th annual festival. It was well advertised, as I saw signs up all over town. It was well attended and it was nice to see so many people out having a good time.

Today I taking my usual Sunday walk hopefully on the trail if the rain hold s off. I have a few hours until then so I'll do some cooking, house cleaning and reading.

It is my rest day for Benchmark but I may also do some yoga or find a favorite light workout. I took an extra rest day last week so I may not need to rest today.
