Hello again all you lovely BlenderbuddieZ! I hope you are all doing well. Now to stop you having to read this whole post just to get the answer (or confirmation of what you thought) to yesterday’s picture: it was a photo taken inside a 300+ year old hollow yew tree, called the Doomsday Yew, found in Exbury Gardens in the UK. I held my hand and phone inside to photograph upwards. You can’t get inside yourself. A photo of the whole tree is in the replies. Did you get it right?! (I know some of you are prize winners. Your prize: a virtual hug…. )! Obviously some of you know me too well: it had to be a tree, right?!?!

Anyway, get to business, Lea, stop rambling!

Right then: workouts!!!! Tell me: yes workout/no workout; lots/little, relaxing/intense? Could be anything, right!! You and your body (and possibly your calendar decide!). Mine’s a rest day, that’s for sure after yesterday’s 38k beautiful bike ride. My watch said I burnt 1500 calories….. nothing else bar a rest day will do, right! Here’s a collage, so you can enjoy some of the beauty too. Tell me what you will be doing? Are you doing a programme or a challenge or just freewheeling? I finished Full Fusion (not my favourite 🤭!) and have put the Abs challenge on my calendar for the next two weeks, starting tomorrow or Tuesday or whenever suits.

Right, next item: food!!! We are going to have a bbq on the beach tonight with friends (first one in “forever”, I reckon). Do you like bbqs? If so, what do you have on yours? But you might not be contemplating a bbq at all!! So what food are you contemplating for today? Or has your meal already been and gone?! Let me know about your culinary or not so culinary goodies!!
