I have been doing my lower body strength with 22 kilo. I ordered discs for the barbell. It feels a lot more challenging than the backpack. I even did bulgarian split squats with 22 kilo today. Feels good! My thumb is still annoying me. It folds in like that when I try to hold onto something.
