Coming back - before and after pics :)

Hello everyone! After a year and a half, I came back to fitness blender and picked up a Low impact program. I'm not even all the way through but the stable routine and healthy eating have done wonders for me that I want to share :) Also, I'm now struggling with a pulled muscle in my shoulders after an intense kickbox workout, I wonder if I should do at least a leg day or just rest? any experiences? :) Have a nice day everyone!

PS: the before pic was taken in week 1 of the low impact program and the after pic was week 3. I also go running sometimes (20min tops) or walk with my dog (40min tops).
