Daily Check-in: Thursday, April 14th

Hello, Blendiez!

How are ya'll doin today? We're gettin closer to that weekend! I hope you're lookin forward to it!

We've some awesome guest hosts lined up for the next several weekends--so lets go over that schedule real quick! Here's who we've got so far:

April 16 & 17th: Ingeborg

April 23rd & 24th: Lisette

April 30th & May 1st: Shabnam

May 7th & 8th: Lea

And May 14th & 15th: Ingeborg

What's on the workout schedule for today, Blendfriendz? Workout day, or rest day for you?

Workout day here! It is a core day, with optional HIIT. Both options are a Tasha routine today--so really can't go wrong with either choice!

And what about some good food goin on today, Blendiez? What's on the menu?

Oh, this and that and the other thing. Just generic food for me--not sure what'll it be, but it'll be there.

Finally your pic for the day: puppies! Lots and lots of puppies! None of whom are thrilled to be posing for pics. But--look at how cute they are! 😍 As always, feel free to share any and all furry (and feathered) trainer pics! They make every day great, and there's no such thing as too many pics of them! So thank you in advance for sharing!

P.S. For those interested: Anne, Kristina, Ingeborg and I are all going to be doing the FB Plus 2 Week Full Body Fusion Challenge starting on April 25th. If you wanna join in with us--we'd love to have you! Any and all workout buddies are welcome!

Alright then, Blenderz, that's about it for me today. Sorry I haven't been able to respond to you guys much this week---between working and home life and (mostly) major technological problems, it's made things a bit more challenging to even get the daily check-ins done. It's a big ol' Oof from me.
