I've decided tomorrow is the day when I get my act together. I'm in my early 40s and it's never too late to think about my health. I have about 10-15 pounds I want to lose but more importantly I really want to get toned.
Looking into FB strong or FB mass. I'm really not a fan of HIIT workouts (and neither are my knees lol). I love strength training 💪
