C25K update

Well, looks like my idea of doing a weekly update of my C25K progress hasn't happened. But the more important thing is: I've kept doing the runs as scheduled.

I just finished up Week 4 this morning. Run intervals are up to 5 minutes. Main thing I've noticed is that when I start the week, the first run is crazy hard but by the third day doing the same intervals, it feels so much easier. Yay progress!

With the run intervals getting longer, pretty soon my route will involve more hills. But I'm ok with that: I live in a hilly area so I'll need to train for those anyway, might as well get them in now. They're sort of impossible to avoid.

Starting Week 5 on Sunday. Run intervals really start getting long next week. Since it's an 8 week program, I've over the halfway mark.
