Yes, it is Monday yet again. I hope today finds you well and not struggling too much in your transition from the weekend.
In keeping with the recent PPals themes of laughter (laughing yoga) and pet mishaps while working out (Cookie's attack on Toasty), my question for today is, what's something funny that's happened to you while working out? Those of us that are owned by pets (or toddlers!) probably have a few stories to choose from, but it doesn't have to involve any small creatures. Maybe it was something you misheard or misunderstood the instructor saying or demonstrating, maybe it's something the instructor did actually say (Daniel's infamous "keep you legs open," comes to mind), or just something completely random.
My funniest thing is pet related, of course. Remy has a habit of sometimes getting impatient while waiting for my attention. Once when I was in a plank she placed her favorite ball on my bum and she placed it strategically so it wouldn't roll off either side π. Our cat Lily also likes to place her herself under my moving hand when I'm doing Pilates hundreds so I end up patting her backside.
And since I gave you a throwback puppy picture to help make last Monday a little cheerier, it's only right to give you some kitten cuteness this week, featuring the one and only Cheeky Molly herself.
Over to you friends. Anyone is welcome to join in the conversation.

I don't think my workout this morning will have planks or hundreds though (sorry Lily). I have lower body with Nicole on my calendar: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/lower-body-strength-workout-with-push-intervals.
