Before & After

What a difference a year of Fitness Blender and clean eating can make. All I can say is, start wherever you are and keep going. Every time I tried to lose weight in the past, I'd always make myself run. I hate running. When I started strength training it felt like cheating because...it was fun. I honestly look forward to workouts 90% of the time now. Thank you, Kelli & Daniel, for teaching me that being healthy should not be miserable!
