Seeking motivation/support/advice/accountability

Hello all,

I know none of you know me or vice versa but I’m having trouble staying consistent with my workout and healthy eating routine. I have a goal of losing weight before my wedding in 4.5 months which is fast approaching. Beyond that, I want to get into more healthy habits and maintain those even after my wedding.

I’ve struggled with body image issues and fluctuations in my weight ever since I was a teenager but I have stuck to fitness blender’s meal plan and workout programs diligently in the past for a few months at a time. I’m hoping people who have been on a similar journey or who have successfully got/kept the extra weight off could help me with any tips that helped them. I’m going to try and post regularly to hold myself accountable as well. Just finished day 5 of the bored easily program.
