Total body workouts

I usually avoid total body workouts because I’m not a fan of the combo moves . A lot of the time it feels like my lower body especially isn’t getting a particularly good workout because I’m having to lift so light to accommodate for the upper body portion of the movement.

Anyways today I came across this

and I really liked that the upper and lower moves were separated.

I was wondering if any of you have come across any other total body workouts that are split into lower / upper moves like this one. Saves me looking through all of them to check!
